Someone who is new to their profession might, for example, start out as a project assistant, supporting his or her colleagues in the management of client projects. Such learning by doing will familiarise you with our clients, projects and business practices, and is flanked by a large number of training measures.

Through seminars and individual qualification measures our staff have the opportunity to become junior project managers or junior consultants. Based on a sound knowledge of classical project management methods (budget, resource, milestone and risk management and project planning) you will be given individual responsibility in this position for the management and success of client projects. As a junior consultant you will also be able to acquire specialist qualifications (e.g. as an FMEA specialist) and moderation techniques.

Our senior project managers and senior consultants have at least 4 years of work experience and have acquired various different forms of PM certification. In these management positions they have to lead internal and external teams independently and take responsibility for the acquisition of new projects from our clients. As Focal Points they are also liaison partners for other psX staff with close involvement with the project and for the management board. With the appropriate professional experience over several years and relevant qualifications you then have the opportunity to become a partner in the psX company. As a member of the management board you then have an authoritative role to play in the further development of the business and the staff.
