• In which sectors and areas does psX operate?

psX works for well-known clients in the fields of aviation, the car industry, wind energy, information technology and telecoms. Our outstanding project management expertise has won us many friends; we create ordered structures and transparency within the companies we work for. If it makes sense to do so and our clients want us to, we complement our consultancy service with the implementation of IT tools customised according to client requirements or developed in house.

• What is the difference between psX Consulting and psX Technology?

Consulting: If our clients come to us with problems we set off in pursuit of appropriate solutions. The basis of our consultancy service is a thoroughgoing analysis of the company. We define weaknesses and indicate measures to increase efficiency. With our development of tailor-made project management solutions, including organisational development and tool sets, we leave the customer with much more than just a pretty collection of slides.

Technology is the guarantor of long-term company success. First of all, processes are restructured and simplified; we then introduce tools tailored to the support of the daily business or the need of project monitoring. We also have the right experts in our team when it comes to developing specialised software for our clients.

• What does psX expect of new staff?

Our committed and dedicated staff have completed engineering, technical or economics degree courses in good time and with good grades. However, the education and training of our travelling consultants is not our only selection criterion. We look for good colleagues and charismatic personalities who can become part of the psX community and represent us appropriately to clients. A confident appearance, competence in social situations, willingness to help and an ability to communicate are essential qualities!

• How will psX promote my further professional and personal development?

Personal supervision and a wide range of training possibilities are the basis for the optimal development of your abilities at psX. As someone who is new to their career, you will have the support from day one of your Focal Point. As a mentor, they will answer your questions, give you comprehensive advice and meet you at regular intervals to discuss your performance. Our basic training will prepare you for the special requirements of the sector and familiarise you with the methods and tools we use, along with our corporate identity. We will also make sure that you can make use of the continuously available qualification measures to develop both professionally and personally.

• How can I combine the demands of family and work at psX?

As many of our staff and members of the management board have families and small children, reconciling family and work is something that is close to our hearts. For us, starting a family and pursuing a career are not mutually exclusive. Working in projects with clearly defined start and end points allows you a high degree of flexibility in your working times. Whenever possible we actively support our staff in their efforts to bring these two aspects of their lives into balance.

We also want our many different events to appeal to the families of our staff and to encourage them to participate actively in our corporate culture.
